Terms of service

1. The service

Slicegraph is two things. The signal engine delivers company-level signals derived from official public registers (permits, tenders and Peppol e-invoicing registrations) via API, webhooks and CSV. The outreach engine runs invitation and message sequences from a LinkedIn account you connect and own, through an account connection provider acting on your behalf, within sending limits you configure. Both are described in the documentation. The service is provided by Mokumtech, operating from the Netherlands.

When you connect a LinkedIn account you confirm that it is yours or that its owner has authorised you, and you remain responsible for your use of LinkedIn under LinkedIn's own terms. Slicegraph does not store your LinkedIn password or session cookie, and stores no email addresses or phone numbers of the people you contact. Sending limits reduce the risk of restriction by LinkedIn but cannot exclude it.

2. Accounts and API keys

API keys are personal to your organization. Keep them confidential; you are responsible for usage under your keys. We may rotate or revoke keys that are abused or compromised.

3. Data license

You may use delivered signals inside your organization for sales, marketing and research operations, including loading them into your CRM and enrichment tools. You may not resell, sublicense or republish the feeds or any substantial part of them as a dataset or competing service.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. In particular: respect the GDPR when acting on signals. Slicegraph provides company-level data and you remain the controller for your own outreach. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access data outside your plan.

5. Fees and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance and exclude VAT. You can cancel any time; access runs until the end of the paid period. Prices are listed on the pricing page; changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and apply from your next billing period.

6. Availability and data

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care, but public registers change and pipelines can fail; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness of the data for a particular purpose. Signals reflect what sources publish; verify before acting on high-stakes decisions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam. Questions: hello@slicegraph.com.
