Who we are
Slicegraph is operated from the Netherlands by Mokumtech. For anything in this policy, contact privacy@slicegraph.com.
Website visitors
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts. We do count page views ourselves, first-party: each visit increments a total for that page and that calendar day, and nothing else is recorded. No cookie is set, no identifier is assigned, and neither your IP address nor your browser user agent is stored, so the counts cannot be traced back to you or linked between visits. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
Customers
To provide the service and for billing we store your name, email address and API usage metadata. We keep this data while your account is active, plus the retention period Dutch law requires for invoices. We never sell customer data.

The company-level registry data we process is described on the data sources page, including our legal basis and how to request correction or removal.
LinkedIn connection extension
When an account owner approves the LinkedIn permission during installation, our browser extension reads the current LinkedIn authentication cookie, optional Sales Navigator cookie and browser user agent. It sends them once over an encrypted connection to our account connection provider. The cookies are not stored by Slicegraph or the extension. We retain only the user agent because LinkedIn uses it to keep the connected session valid. The extension does not collect browsing history, contacts or messages. When you press Add current page, it sends the URL of the open LinkedIn profile, people search, Sales Navigator search or saved list to the campaign you selected. A revocable browser token is stored inside Chrome for up to 90 days.
Campaign data
For each person you add to a campaign we hold their name, headline, company, LinkedIn URL and the public profile fields needed to personalise a message: title, location, current company and connection degree. Email addresses, phone numbers and free-text profile sections are removed before anything is written; the storage schema has no place for them. Messages you send and replies you receive are kept so your inbox works. When someone is opted out, their LinkedIn URL goes on a suppression list that outlives the deletion of the lead, so they are never contacted again from your workspace.
Sub-processors
We use Vercel (hosting and server logs) and Neon (managed Postgres database). Both process data on our instructions under their respective data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Mail privacy@slicegraph.com and we reply within 5 working days.
