Daily-updated signals from official sources: who is applying for permits, which contracts are tendered and awarded, which companies are switching to e-invoicing, and which are in distress.
Building permits
Building and environmental permits (omgevingsvergunningen) are the formal applications and grants for construction, renovation, hospitality and environmental activities that Dutch municipalities, provinces and water authorities publish daily in the official gazettes. For B2B teams they are an early buying indicator: an applied permit predicts construction, fit-out and equipment spend weeks to months ahead, and a granted permit confirms the budget is real.

Public tenders are government contracts published and awarded via TenderNed. A publication is buying intent with a deadline; an award tells you who won, which is valuable for subcontractors and suppliers who want to approach the winning party.
Peppol registrations
Peppol registrations show which companies are newly joining the Peppol e-invoicing network. A fresh registration signals that a company is modernizing its financial processes, which is relevant for accounting software, bookkeepers and ERP vendors. Through Peppol scheme 0106 the exact KvK number is known.
Insolvencies
Bankruptcies and suspensions of payments are published by the Dutch courts in the Central Insolvency Register. For B2B teams this is a double signal: collections and restructuring specialists find direct demand in it, while competitors and suppliers see which customers and relations are in heavy weather.
