Alternative to Apollo
Slicegraph vs Apollo
Apollo is a database first: contacts, emails, phone numbers, then sequences on top. Slicegraph holds no contact database. It runs the LinkedIn channel from your own account and fills campaigns from what companies publicly did: a permit, a tender, a Peppol registration, an insolvency. Teams that need email at scale keep Apollo; teams that need the LinkedIn channel to start from a reason use this.
Where they differ
Email is the channel Slicegraph does not have, on purpose: it stores no email address or phone number for anyone in a campaign. The LinkedIn channel is the one it does completely: eight step kinds including InMail and branching conditions, per-sender caps with warmup, auto-withdraw of unanswered invites, and one inbox. The audience comes from your own LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator URL, the browser extension, or a Slicegraph signal feed.

Questions
- Can I use both?
- Yes. Build the account list in Apollo, and run the LinkedIn channel in Slicegraph from your own account, or let a signal feed start the campaign for you.
- Does Slicegraph find email addresses?
- No. The profile schema strips email addresses and phone numbers before anything is written, which is what keeps the data minimal under the GDPR.
- Where does the audience come from without a database?
- From LinkedIn itself, on your account: an in-app search, a pasted search or list URL, the browser extension, or the people at a company that just published a signal.
